I took up your challenge today.  I got one of THE most productive writing days I've had in a long time!

I was able to edit and prepare the next 12 posts for my two blogs and created a calendar for the next two months.

This one day of deep focus has now given me the wonderful feeling of having achieved a great goal and I don't have to keep thinking "What am I going to write?"...All done!!

I think I'll even sleep better tonight too - and not be thinking of unfinished tasks.
